Nina & Andreas
Welcome to our wedding
Friday May 1st - Sunday May 3rd 2026
Norrvikens trädgårdar, Båstad
We're getting married!
After about 6 years of long-distance relationships, 1 year of commuting and 1 year of cohabitation, Andreas thought this seemed like a rather solid relationship and decided to propose. With a clear YES from Nina, we are now getting married. We are really looking forward to starting this new chapter in our lives, and hope you will join us in celebrating!

Wedding ceremony at 4:00 pm, followed by dinner and after-party
In the time between the wedding ceremony and dinner, there will be light food and something good in the glass while pictures are taken of the bride, groom and guests. This will be an excellent opportunity to check out Norrvikens trädgårdar's beautiful park area.
Friday
Vietnamese tea ceremony
On Friday afternoon at 5:00 pm, we invite all guests to a tea ceremony, following Vietnamese wedding tradition. This is a solemn moment where the bride and groom show respect for their family and ancestors.
The groom's entourage arrives with gifts in red boxes and must complete some tasks before they can enter to meet the bride's family. The bride and groom then serve tea to the parents as a symbol of gratitude.
During the ceremony, the bride often receives jewelry from the family, and red envelopes with good wishes are often handed out.
The tea ceremony is about respect, unity and love between families and we would like to share this moment with our guests.

Gifts
Our greatest wish for the wedding is that you will come and share this great weekend with us. If you would like to give us a gift, we would greatly appreciate any contributions to the honeymoon.
Traditionally, in many Asian cultures, a red envelope is given as a gift at a wedding as a way to bless the couple as they begin their new life together. On Friday, we will provide red envelopes should you wish to use them for presenting gifts during the wedding dinner on Saturday . For friends and family who would like to give a gift in a different way, this is most welcome. If necessary, the account number NO59 1226 1545 975 (BIC/SWIFT: DNBANOKKXXX) can be used .
During the wedding dinner, the bride and groom will conduct "chào bàn" (table greetings). Here, the bride and groom will go from table to table to personally thank the guests for their attendance, accept cards, gifts and well wishes.
Speeches
If you would like to give a speech or make another contribution, you are most welcome to contact our toastmaster Harald. He can be reached by phone or email.
We kindly ask you to notify our toastmaster of any speeches or other contributions by April 1st to allow sufficient time for planning.
The "chào bàn" or table greetings during the wedding dinner is also a great opportunity to exchange planned or more spontaneous words with the bride and groom in a more intimate context.
